Well, not quite! ๐ We're taking you to Catalonia, very close to Tarragona for your next triathlon ๐ช. You'll set your bags in Cambrils, on the beautiful Costa Dorada! A dream for your swimming event, right? ๐ The Cambrils Triathlon is part of the TriTour circuit. Thus, you won't have to worry about the quality of the route and can start without hesitation! ๐ซฃ Okay, maybe not the best idea as you wouldn't enjoy the scenery ๐. However, you can ride your bike and run without any problem: the course is straightforward! ๐ฃ๏ธ As Dory said, "Just keep swimming"! ๐
Swimming is fun, but for how long? โ The event offers two distances: a "Sprint" format and an "Olympic" format ๐ . For short-distance enthusiasts, the "S" will be perfect with its 750 m of swimming ๐โโ๏ธ, 20 km of cycling, and 5 km of road running! And if you've always dreamed of the Olympic dream ๐, it's time to embark on the legendary Olympic distance: 1,500 m of swimming, 40 km cycling ๐ดโโ๏ธ, and 10 km running! ๐ But don't worry, the course won't put a spoke in your wheels ๐ (or in your legs ๐ฆต). The swim will be in the Mediterranean Sea ๐, starting from the beach; the cycling will be very fast with a sea view, and the Foot race will take place along the palm tree-lined promenade... ๐ด We're not far off from a vacation description, are we? ๐ค
After crossing the finish line, extend your stay and discover the treasures of the region ๐บ๏ธ. Don't miss visiting Tarragona, with its Roman remains listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site ๐. For maximum thrills, you can take a detour to the Port Aventura World Amusement Park for a day full of excitement ๐ข.
