Well, not quite! 😅 We're taking you to Catalonia, very close to Tarragona for your next triathlon 💪. You'll set your bags in Cambrils, on the beautiful Costa Dorada! A dream for your swimming event, right? 👀 The Cambrils Triathlon is part of the TriTour circuit. Thus, you won't have to worry about the quality of the route and can start without hesitation! 🫣 Okay, maybe not the best idea as you wouldn't enjoy the scenery 😆. However, you can ride your bike and run without any problem: the course is straightforward! 🛣️ As Dory said, "Just keep swimming"! 🐠
Swimming is fun, but for how long? ⌚ The event offers two distances: a "Sprint" format and an "Olympic" format 🏅. For short-distance enthusiasts, the "S" will be perfect with its 750 m of swimming 🏊♀️, 20 km of cycling, and 5 km of road running! And if you've always dreamed of the Olympic dream 🏆, it's time to embark on the legendary Olympic distance: 1,500 m of swimming, 40 km cycling 🚴♀️, and 10 km running! 🏃 But don't worry, the course won't put a spoke in your wheels 🛞 (or in your legs 🦵). The swim will be in the Mediterranean Sea 🌊, starting from the beach; the cycling will be very fast with a sea view, and the Foot race will take place along the palm tree-lined promenade... 🌴 We're not far off from a vacation description, are we? 🤔
After crossing the finish line, extend your stay and discover the treasures of the region 🗺️. Don't miss visiting Tarragona, with its Roman remains listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site 🌍. For maximum thrills, you can take a detour to the Port Aventura World Amusement Park for a day full of excitement 🎢. Unless you prefer to relax in the crystal-clear waters of the Delta de l'Ebre, a natural reserve of exceptional beauty? 🤩 In fact, this place is part of the TriTour destinations, along with the Costa Brava and the Pyrenees! 🤓
