If you're eager to take on a challenge ๐ , head to the land of the Casaoui ๐ค. Casablanca will open its doors wide ๐ช to its history, and if you also want to write your own, grab your sneakers ๐ and embark on one of the three proposed races: marathon, half-marathon, or even a relay marathon by team of 4, because the more, the merrier we run fast! ๐โโ๏ธ
Casablanca is THE place where all eras blend โณ. The country's top economic hub ๐ฐ and the largest city of the Maghreb feed off its modernity and past ๐๏ธ to make it one of the most attractive places in Morocco ๐ค . You'll need to keep your eyes wide open ๐คฉ to admire the architecture of ancient ruins, with the magnificent Hassan II Mosque ๐, one of the world's largest mosques ๐. Built almost 40 years ago with amazing technical feats ๐๏ธ, it was partly constructed over the sea ๐ณ. Well, if it's possible to build several hectares over the sea, you should manage to run alongside this famous Atlantic Ocean! ๐คธ You'll have the privilege of running the last kilometers of your marathon with the Moroccan swell refreshing your ideas ๐ฌ๏ธ.
Enjoy this event ๐ to discover the surroundings of "Dar El Beรฏda" (yes, it means white house in Arabic โ๏ธ and we're not talking about the one in the United States). Head to Rabat, the country's capital, to visit the Hassan Tower or the Kasbah of the Udayas, offering a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean ๐. Or, take a trip to El Jadida and its Portuguese city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Incredible, isn't it? ๐
And if architecture and history aren't really your cup of tea โ, we still recommend trying one, as it's the national drink in Morocco. Every detail matters to taste the best tea of your life ๐โโ๏ธ. It's a true Casablanca expertise ๐ซถ. And, if you're offered one, take it as a sign of affection, as it represents in the Land of the Distant Sunset ๐, a true sign of hospitality and friendliness ๐ฅฐ. Plus, it's important to hydrate after a couscous or a tagine ๐ฒ. No excuses to delight your taste buds ๐. In Morocco, sharing is a key cultural element, no doubt it will also serve you well in running ๐.
A thousand flavors and scents will show all the colors to the runners starting this race, so register now! ๐

For the Casablanca Marathon, you will start from the Boulevard Sidi Med Ben Abdellah ๐ฃ๏ธ, facing Regraga Street but especially along the ocean ๐. You will run along the coast, be able to see the El Hank Lighthouse in the distance and head towards the Boulevard de la Corniche โก๏ธ. You will run by the street next to the Lalla Meryem and Aรฏn Diab beaches ๐๏ธ. At km 8 you will swap the waves and the sand to go a bit further into the city. The Boulevard Abdelhadi Boutaleb will accompany you from km 8 to km 11 with a bit of elevation, before you weave through the streets and park of Casablanca. You will pass by the Mohammed stadium ๐๏ธ, circle around the Grand Theatre ๐ญ and pass through the middle of the Park of the Arab League. The last few km will gradually bring you back to where it all started, to cross the finish line ๐.
The Relay Marathon in Casablanca is the same course as the marathon but... with 4 and with baton passing! ๐ค
For the Casablanca half-marathon, you will start on the Boulevard de la Corniche ๐ฃ๏ธ, right by the ocean's edge ๐. You'll follow the coast with the Atlantic as your companion, catching a glimpse of the El Hank Lighthouse in the distance before heading west โฌ ๏ธ.
You will run to the rhythm of the waves, near the Lalla Meryem and Aรฏn Diab beaches ๐๏ธ, carried by the sea air and the summer vibe โ๏ธ.
Around km 8, you will gradually leave the coastline to enter more into the city. The Boulevard Abdelhadi Boutaleb will accompany you until km 11, with a slight gradient that will spice up the race and test the consistency of your pace ๐ถ๏ธ.
After this more urban stretch, you will continue your effort winding through the main roads and green spaces of Casablanca ๐ณ.
At km 17 you will find the Boulevard de la Corniche again in the opposite direction and reach the finish line ๐ after 21 km of pure joy ๐.
